Based at reception, the post holder will provide excellent front of house customer service, perform administrative duties as required and provide daily support to internal/external staff members and clients alike.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the reception and administrative duties for the Company's Watford office, this post is fully involved in supporting the day to day running of the office. You must have experience working in either a Reception/Admin role. You will need to be highly organised, pro-active, calm under pressure, have a warm and friendly manner, and be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously while providing a high level of service.
Deliver first class day to day administration and provide excellent customer service
Provide timely and accurate delivery of administrative requirements for both the business and our clients

Support staff members with day to day administrative requirements
Manage multiple external or internal queries in a timely manner
